We’ve all been there, swept up in the colours and aromas of a new destination, you’re in holiday mode and suddenly you see something you just have to buy. Something real you would never usually look twice at but because you’re in a souk in Marrakech it suddenly becomes the ONE thing your wardrobe is searching for.
You list off the many ways you’ll wear it back home, to work, to coffee, dress it up with heels for a night out.

And Zoe Foster Blake, currently gallivanting around Italy with her adorable family, is currently there.
The beauty guru, keeping fans up to date on her expeditions, took to Instagram to share one of her holiday purchases, and we couldn’t help but LOL (like we do at most of her posts – the girl gives good Instagram) when she posted about a straw bag she picked up in Sicily.
“I got a reeeaal crush on pompoms, which is handy since Sicily is filthy with them. And! I don’t even think I am holiday-idiot buying; I genuinely believe Real Life me will wear and love also,” she writes.
“Just like my Thai fisherman pants, and Greek sandals, and Indian sari, and Norwegian bunad…”
To be fair, the basket is actually totally adorable and we’re contemplating asking if she can pick one up for us too… (However that might also another condition we suffer from known as ‘when you’re friend shows up in something fabulous and they got it overseas and knowing you can’t have it makes you desperately want it.)
