One look at Jessica Alba’s healthy figure, and we want to know everything about her workout routine and how she gets that envy-inducing fit body.
Luckily, she shared all about her exercise habits with Shape magazine, and it’s surprisingly doable.
“If I work out four times, I consider it a successful week,” the 35-year-old actress told the magazine in her cover interview.
“It’s typically more like two to three days a week because that’s what I have time for.”
The actress and co-founder of billion dollar company, Honest, admitted that she prefers morning workouts and taking spin and hot yoga classes, and tries to head outside for a hike, swim or bike ride.
Without a super strict workout routine, Alba relies on sticking to a healthy diet.
She doesn’t eat gluten, diary, fried or processed foods. “My diet is much more important if I’m trying to slim down. In that case, I usually don’t eat gluten, dairy, fried foods, or processed foods,” the mum-of-two explains.
“I try to stick to a diet that’s low in sugar and carbs and high in lean protein and vegetables.”
But that doesn’t mean she totally keeps away from a treat. “Also, while I don’t usually have dessert, I do really like strawberry shortcake. I mean I really, really like it.”
