After the horrific events of Sunday morning in Orlando, the Internet has responded in the best way they know how โ with outpourings of love to combat the horrific hate crime.
Several different responses have arisen, including the hashtag #TwoMenKissing โ in reaction to reports that the shooter was offended by โtwo men kissingโ. People all over the world are posting photos of themselves and their partners kissing, to show that love has no gender.
If #twoMenKissing was the #Orlando shooter's motive, then let this be every hater's conditioning therapy. pic.twitter.com/OG52gCA20Z

One couple posted this powerful photo on Instagram, captioned: โ#TwoMenKissing because the father of the Orlando attacker said that Mateen had seen two men kissing and got very angry so maybe thatโs why he went after the gay club. Well your hate canโt take away the pride our community has for the rights that we have been fighting for for so long. In our month of pride and always we will not be silenced. Take your hate and homophobia somewhere else, weโve been dealing with it for far too long. #lgbtq #orlando #pulse #pride #bestrongโ
Several celebrities have spoken out about the events, and taken to social media to voice their support for the victims and their families.
Madness. Hideous and cruel madness. To the survivors, and families of those slain, I'm so sorry. #StopGunViolence
