Matty J and Laura Byrne are in it for the long haul, and they’re not afraid to shout it from the rooftops. The former Bachelor stars have opened up about their relationship and plans to tie the knot, in this week’s issue of WHO, and it seems wedding bells are on the horizon for the happy couple.
After revealing her Toni May jewellery line will be launching an engagement range, Laura said: “The engagement ring range is not specifically for us! It’s for everyone.”
Matty joked, “but where does one go to look for engagement rings when one’s girlfriend is an engagement ring designer? Like, do I go to my friends to get the ring for me, or do I go to a competitor?”
To which Laura sweetly replied, “You can get a stone and we’ll design it together!”
Matty also gushed about spending his life with Laura, when the publication asked if marriage and starting a family were on the cards.
“We’ve definitely spoken about it,” he said. “For us, well, there’s no question for me, I’ve found the person I want to be with long-term, the one I hope to be with forever. But we want to move in together first.”
