Were the “mean girls” in the house really that nasty in real life?
“To begin with they were quite nice. I actually shared a room with Romy, so we were close in the first week. They all exaggerated the Mean Girls personas for the cameras. I was closest with Sophie, Brittany Cassie. We were always very supportive.”
What was your first impression of Nick?
“When I first met Nick, I remember thinking, ‘Oh my gosh. What is going on with all the curls?’”
Who did the Honey Badger have a connection with straight away?
“Brooke was the hot favourite, obviously, she got the key, and they had chemistry, you could just tell.”
Cassie is really having a tough time, how much did you really know about her relationship with Nick?
“Look, we all knew there was more to Cassie’s backstory but we didn’t ask her too many questions. She did struggle a bit but it’s not a normal situation to be in so we wanted to be there for her rather than interrogate her about her relationship with Nick.
Do you have any regrets from your time on the show?
“I wish I got to go on a single date, that’s really the only way for Nick to get to know you. You can’t expect to develop feelings in group settings, and you don’t get to grow those feelings.”
Who would you back in a Bachie tipping competition?
“Emily, Sophie or Brittany.”
We haven’t seen much of Emily yet…
“That’s true but she’s a bit of a dark horse from what I hear. Stay tuned.”
