There’s no doubt Selena Gomez has had a tough year: for one, she’s back together with Justin Bieber for reasons we can’t quite grasp.
But, like the good Samaritan she is, Gomez currently has other things on her mind at the moment – like her cousin’s upcoming wedding, for instance.
The singer is set to serve as the maid of honour at Priscilla DeLeon’s nuptials, and she’s already setting the bar pretty high for the rest of the bridesmaids by showing up with DeLeon’s dream dress:
“When your maid of honor makes your dream dress a reality and surprises you with it!” DeLeon wrote on Instagram underneath a photo of the duo hugging and DeLeon holding up a sign that says ‘I said yes to the dress!’
While we’re yet to see said dress, we’re guessing it’s a little more expensive than the average – after all, Gomez is currently worth a cool $60 million.
Nonetheless, Gomez seems pretty excited about the upcoming wedding:
The big day seems to be the one bright spot in Gomez’s family life at the moment following rumours of a fallout with her mother, which reportedly resulted in a hospital stay.
However, a source close to the family told PEOPLE that Mandy Teefey voluntarily admitted herself, dismissing a TMZ report that she was admitted due to an argument about Justin Bieber.
“It’s been a stressful time for Mandy and she made the decision herself to go to the hospital and make sure everything was okay,” the source says. “This wasn’t just about Justin.”
