It’s been a tough few days for Sam Frost, the former Bachelorette shared a heartfelt message with fans yesterday, explaining she and Sasha Meilczarek are still going strong. Then hours later Sam shutdown all her social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
In yesterday’s lengthy message criticising breakdown rumours, the 27 year-old wrote:
“Social media isn’t the real world. The media isn’t the real world. “What’s real is the time you spend with your partner, the challenges you work through and the unconditional love and support we have for one another.”

On Tuesday, Frost revealed on her 2DayFM breakfast show Rove and Sam that she took a pregnancy test on the weekend because she had some “pregnancy symptoms.”
Frost then revealed the results of her test on-air, announcing excitedly, “Not pregnant!” before making a joke about her situation.
She told WHO in June she would love to get married to Mielczarek, who she has been dating since The Bachelorette in 2015, and start a family one day.
“Sash is the nicest, sweetest person I’ve ever met in my life,” she told WHO. “We are very open about talking about the future. But we don’t really put a timeline on things. I think it will happen when it happens.”
Let’s hope Frost is just taking some quite time away from the spotlight, and that she’ll be back online soon!
