Last night, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was honoured with the Editor’s Choice Award during Harper’s BAZAAR UK‘s annual Women of the Year Awards in London.
To mark the occasion, she wore a David Koma dress from the resort spring/summer 2020 collection. Her bright red lip and Jessica McCormack jewellery completed her old Hollywood glamour look.
The black floor-length dress featured dramatic cutouts, crystal straps and trim, and a thigh-high slit at the back.
Her fiance, Jason Statham, was by her side as her “plus one”, dressed in a sharp black suit.
Sharing a series of photos from the event, Rosie said she was “honoured” to receive the award.
“Last night was so special at the @bazaaruk Women of the Year Awards. Thank you @justinepicardie for presenting me with your Editors Choice award. I am so incredibly honoured to have received the award from you. You have been such a support and truly an intricate part of my career over the years. I am so proud of the covers we have collaborated on but mostly the relationship we have built throughout the experience,” she wrote.
“Being on the cover of Harper’s is always a pinch me moment,” she added. “Growing up as a young girl dreaming of a career in fashion the pages of the magazine served as endless inspiration and creativity to me and still to this day I feel the same.”
Rosie also shared a video of her with her newly acquired award, captioning it: “MOOD. #BazaarAwards”
Rosie was joined by other female powerhouses, including Cate Blanchett who received the Philanthropy Award, Alexa Chung who won the Breakthrough Designer Award, and Helena Bonham Carter took out the British Icon title.
