Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas might’ve gotten married just six months into their relationship, but that doesn’t mean they’re rushing to have children any time soon. In fact, the famous couple isn’t focusing on having a family right now, even though they do want to have children at some stage.
“Nick and Priyanka want kids, but right now it’s not a priority,” a source told Entertainment Tonight. “Both are extremely busy, and with the Jonas Brothers reuniting and being a massive success the couple is conscious [of] how much time the tour takes up,” they continued.
“Nick and Priyanka haven’t been putting pressure on having kids,” the source explained. “They are enjoying married life, traveling and working. The couple is okay with when it happens, it happens, and it will be a blessing.”
Priyanka previously opened up about having children, telling the Daily Mail that she and Nick want it happen organically. “We both know that that’s something that needs to happen, but it’s not something I think about very much,” she said.
“We’re both very driven, we love our work, we’re married to our work, and we’re both very supportive of each other’s work. So I’m sure it will happen in an organic way.”
