The royals might be known for having a stuff upper lip, but Prince William and Kate Middleton definitely aren’t afraid to have a laugh every now and again – even if it’s at their own expense.
Overnight, the duo attended a TV airing of the Royal Variety Performance in London, where William engaged in some banter with host Miranda Hart – who then asked the Prince to gallop like a horse.
Good sport that he is, William complied – and promptly had the audience, as well as Kate Middleton, in hysterics:
“I did apologise to him at the end and he said he’d practise his galloping,” Hart said after the show.
