Kate Middleton is officially on maternity leave and we’re eagerly awaiting the day her third—and obviously adorable—royal baby graces us with its presence.
And now, we have a clue that Prince William and Middleton will welcome their baby very soon.
St. Mary’s Hospital in London, where Middleton is set to give birth, has received a bit of a facelift. Photos posted on social media show The Lindo Wing with “wet paint” notices on the railings.
As PEOPLE reports, both Prince George and Princess Charlotte were born at the same hospital, in 2013 and 2015 respectively. It’s the exact location where photographers took shots of the new royals, so the fresh paint job could be a sign Wills and Kate will be back soon. Just three weeks before George was born, ladders were also placed across the road from the hospital doors.
As for the exact date Middleton is due, reports say April 23—but it could be sooner!
