So is Kit Harrington going to propose to Rose Leslie anytime soon? This was the major questions which placed a slight amount of pressure on the actor during his latest interview.
During a stop by The Late Late Show with James Corden, the actor was questioned by your fave pushy Australian, Nicole Kidman, about whether or not he had plans to propose to his Game Of Thrones co-star, girlfriend and new roomate.
“Are you going to get married? I just think it’s kinda nice, if you’re gonna live together, maybe to at least get engaged,” Nicole said. “I’m working hard for her here.”
“I’m being put on the spot by Nicole Kidman,” Kit responded. “I mean, it’s step by step, step by step.”
It’s basically the worst version of any ‘pushy aunt at a family BBQ’ situation you could think of, and we’re living for it.
The host also encouraged Kit to read a love poem to the actress, because things weren’t quite uncomfortable enough yet.
“Nicole Kidman, I have a really bad crush on you. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that you’re a very good actress and also I think you’re very good-looking,” he says.
“I’ve also really enjoyed your work for a long time, and I’ve also fancied you for a long time. Fancied in English means I think you’re hot.”
“Unfortunately for you, I think that my girlfriend is hotter and therefore we can’t date,” he jokes.
That’s quite the poem, if we’ve ever read one.
