Described as a โ€œflip phone fused with the intelligence of a modern smartphoneโ€, the new Motorola Razr features a full-length touch screen.

If that isnโ€™t enough to prove itโ€™s moved on since the early days, it comes complete with built-in artificial intelligence designed to help us take the perfect selfie โ€“ Paris Hilton sure would approve.

But before you trade in your iPhone, itโ€™s worth mentioning that the $1,499 (USD) phone only comes in black.

The new Motorola Razr will go on pre-sale in the US this December with plans to roll out the must-have in January 2020.

Although a date has yet to be confirmed, the phone will grace Australian shelves next year too with prices still in negotiation.
