Meghan Markle is probably the most talked about woman in the world, from her powerful fashion influence and her future royal baby to her transformation from Hollywood actress to full-on royal since assuming a Duchess title.
One of the most talked about aspects of Meghan’s life however is her relationship with her grandmother-in-law, the Queen.
Queen Elizabeth has made a noticeable effort with Meghan, making a lot of exceptions to welcome her into the fold, even inviting her to spend Christmas in Sandringham before she was officially a royal and of course inviting the former Suits actress to accompany her on her personal train to Cheshire – an honour usually reserved for senior titles.

This week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been representing the royal family on a tour of Morocco, and it is thought that Meghan might return home to a very special honour from the Monarch.
The Queen is said to have been incredibly ‘impressed’ by Meghan’s work ethic, especially her achievements representing the royal family abroad this week when seven months pregnant.
‘The Queen is amazed by the duchess’s energy and stamina given that she is so heavily pregnant,’ a source told Vanity Fair. ‘For the Queen and her generation, you generally hid your bump and put your feet up in this stage of pregnancy, but Meghan hasn’t stopped.’

‘There may well be a letter waiting for the duke and duchess when they return,’ the source explained. ‘[Queen Elizabeth] respects hard work and loyalty above everything.’
What a lovely friendship!
