Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton have been photographed arriving at a Christmas lunch hosted by Queen Elizabeth on Wednesday, amid rumours of a feud between the pair.
It’s the first event the sisters-in-law have attended together since speculation of a falling out surfaced last month. Sources say that a rift began after Markle left Middleton in tears during a dress fitting for Charlotte in the lead up to her May wedding.
The Duchess of Sussex dipped back into her wardrobe for the annual event, wearing a stunning dress we’ve seen before. Markle opted for a Erdem Davina Silk Organza Dress featuring a high neckline and sheer navy fabric, patterned with green and yellow flowers.
She was first pictured in the number back in 2016 when she appeared on The Today Show discussing fashion trends. This time around, Markle paired the dress with a Gillian Anderson for Winser London Navy Coat and the Cartier earrings she wore at her wedding, according to E News.
Middleton appeared to be wearing a pink ensemble featuring a pussy bow.
According to People, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will also be spending Christmas day together.
