Tuesday night’s episode of Married At First Sight was not short of drama. Fresh from tying the knot at their weddings, the four remaining couples looked to strengthen their marital bonds on their honeymoon.

Martha and Michael continued their spark, sharing an instant attraction and love of selfies.

Following a rocky wedding day, Ines and Bronson look to get their marriage on track with a trip to Port Douglas. Ignoring Ines’ calls for a relaxed holiday, former stripper Bronson treats his new wife to some action-packed activities, including an ill-fated parasailing excursion where Ines’ frustrations boil to the surface.

Elizabeth couldn’t believe her luck when hunky tradie Sam walked down the aisle, but the morning after the wedding her dream turned to a nightmare. Instead of going on their honeymoon, Sam left Elizabeth alone to attend his ex-girlfriend’s mother’s funeral. Desperate and confused, Elizabeth waits in Sydney for her absent husband to return to the experiment, but Sam’s lack of contact sparks suspicion and anger, raising familiar insecurities from Elizabeth’s past.

Finally, Matthew and Lauren take their relationship to the next level.
