Breaking up is hard to handle for the best of us. We can only imagine how much harder it is when it’s in the public eye. Especially when you’re Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.
Everyone is desperate to know all the juicy details, the rumours run wild, and it’s near impossible to just wallow in private.
Sources close to Miley recently revealed she’s having a tough time being back in L.A. without her hubby of less than a year Liam around.
On the other side of the world, Liam is struggling, too, deciding to stay in Australia a little while longer to be around the support of his family and friends.
Despite having a new movie, Killerman, coming out, Liam will not be heading back to Los Angeles to promote it.
“He is not coming to LA for Killerman anymore even though he had told the film executives that he loved the movie and wanted to go full force into promoting it,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“There was even a plan for Liam to appear on the late night talk shows to promote the film. Instead, he has been focusing on his personal life than promoting his film.”
Besides needing more time, he’s just not ready to talk about Miley yet.
“He is now not in the right head space to step back into the limelight to do any promotion as he knows Miley’s name will come up.”
Hopefully time away from the spotlight – and the recent dramas surrounding their relationship – will give both Liam and Miley the opportunity to figure out what’s best for them moving forward.
