Kim Kardashian West has finally spoken out about the reason the Kardashian-Jenner clan parted ways with their longtime stylist, Monica Rose. The surprising split came last month, with the family making an abrupt announcement, followed by reports that Khloé intended to sue.
Now, during a Plead the Fifth segment on a recent episode of Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live, the host asked Kim to explain what had happened. After a brief pause, Kim shared that her own drama with the stylist actually has nothing to do with her sisters.
“I haven’t worked with her in maybe four years, so my reason is not connected to this,” she said, hinting that there was another reason for her sisters’ recent split from the stylist.
“But I will say that I read that it was said that she was the reason for my makeover – my makeover when I met Kanye – and I will say that Kanye got me a new team and we kind of documented it,” added Kardashian West. “So I think people think that’s the reason, and for me, maybe that is the reason. I needed a new vibe.”
Kim wouldn’t reveal why the sisters had split from Monica though, telling Andy: “You’d have to ask Khloe and Kendall and Kylie and the girls.”
So for Kim, the drama came from Monica claiming to be behind her new look when she began seeing Kanye, which, according to Keek’s isn’t at all true.

Despite the drama with the Kar-Jenner’s, Monica is continuing to work with their close friends, including Chrissy Teigen and Jenna Dewan Tatum.
We guess we’ll just have to wait until the rest of the Krew hit up the show to find out what happened.
