Khloé Kardashian has received unsettling news about her fertility in the latest clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
In a teaser for next weeks episode the 32-year-old star pays a visit to fertility specialist Dr. Andy Huang. The appointment was scheduled in order to help Kim Kardashian find a surrogate for her third baby, though it quickly turned into a disappointing visit for Khloé during her ultrasound.
“What we’re looking at is [if] there’s nothing that’s going to get in the way of a healthy pregnancy,” Dr. Huang told her as he checked the monitor.
“These are follicles, these hold eggs, so this is just giving you an idea of how young your ovaries are,” he explained, before revealing, “There are fewer follicles than I anticipate for a normal 32-year-old.”
“Shut the f–k up!” Khloe responded to the upsetting news. “This is definitely not at all how I thought this appointment was going to go. What if I can’t get pregnant?”
The news came after another clip showed Khloé gushing about wanting to start a family with her basketball player boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.
“Yes I would [accept his proposal] … I have never been in this type of love … I would love to have a family. We’ve talked about it.
“He already is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father. I definitely want to be a mom. But I don’t put the pressure on it. It’s not like, the clock is ticking. I feel in my soul it will happen.”
The outcome of her ultrasound and more details will emerge in next weeks season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
