Keri Russell and her Americans costar Matthew Rhys have welcomed their first child together.
Us Weekly have confirmed the news, with a source telling the magazine that the new parents are “over the moon to be new parents.”
“They are always snapping pictures of the baby, and family and friends have been sending gifts,” adds the source.
The couple met on the set of the Americans in 2013, but didn’t take their relationship public until April 2014 however they have remained tight-lipped on their relationship.
The Felicity star did however open up in 2014 about what it’s like to work opposite Rhys.
“What I enjoy is [Rhys] makes it so easy,” the 40-year-old told the Los Angeles Times. “You feel you’re in safe hands, and it’s enjoyable to work like that because you’re sort of like, let him do all the hard stuff.”
This is 41-year-old Rhys’ first child however it is the third child for Russell who is already a mum to son River, 8, and Willa, 4, with ex-husband Shane Deary.
