Bell, whose Supermaxi Perpetual Loyal took out this year’s Sydney to Hobart in record time, is due before Waverley Court on Thursday, reports the Sydney Morning Herald.

In addition to regular AVO conditions, Bell’s interim order also states that he must not be in the company of Landry for 12 hours after drinking alcohol or taking illicit substances.

Landry is a former model and TV presenter while Bell is the founder of accountancy firm Bell Partners whose clients include the likes of Michael Clarke, Anthony Minichiello, Karl Stefanovic and Larry Emdur.

The pair married in a lavish ceremony in 2011 and have two daughters.

The Daily Telegraph reports that Bell sent out an email to his clients denying allegations that he pushed his wife back in November and says he will fight the allegations in court.

“By now you may have seen a most distressing piece of news about my family involving some allegations my wife has made about me,” the email read.

“There is an allegation that I pushed her in November … I did not push her. There is an allegation I spoke loudly and embarrassed her in front of friends. It did not happen. I deny the allegations.”

“I abhor all violence and I am faithful to my family,” his email stated. “It is unimaginable to me that I could ever touch a woman in anger.

“I have never taken a drug, been in any way disrespectful to people. I lead a quiet family life and try to be the best … husband that circumstances permit.”

The couple were last photographed on December 28, embracing after Bell’s Sydney to Hobart win.
