Joshua Jackson has taken to Instagram to congratulate Diane Kruger – his former girlfriend of ten years – for winning ‘Best Actress’ at the closing ceremony of Cannes.
Dianne was honoured with the prestigious accolade for her performance in In the Fade, the actress told the audience she was “overcome” and said “Thank you a thousand times.”
Kruger and Jackson began dating in 2006, and went their separate ways last year. Since the split, Jackson has said that it’s been hard to date after his time with Kruger. Meanwhile, the 40-year-old has been linked to her Sky co-star Norman Reedus in March.
Jackson shared the photo above to his social media account writing, “Yes she Cannes. Having witnessed the integrity and dedication that you bring to every job, I’m over the moon to see you getting the recognition you deserve. Only question is what took ’em so long! CONGRATULATIONS, Josh.”
The actor even hashtagged Kruger’s name at the end of the post, you know, just to be sure the internet got the hint.
