Following on from the release of the teaser for the two-part season finale of Keeping up with the Kardashians, which looks to be focused solely on the cheating scandal between Jordyn Woods and Khloe Kardashian’s former partner Tristan Thompson, Woods has spoken out.
When asked about the upcoming episodes during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 21-year-old said that “everyone has their truth and their story, so you just go with it. Everyone has the right to speak their truth.”
Despite maintaining that Thompson only briefly kissed her during her Red Table Talk interview and that nothing further happened, the Kardashians cut all contact with Woods in the days following, with Kylie Jenner asking her best friend to move out of her Calabasas home.
On how she hopes she’ll be portrayed in the series, Woods said, “Hopefully, like myself, and the real me will shine.”
“Life moves on. Money doesn’t stop. The world doesn’t stop,” Woods continued. “And hopefully, everyone is just, you know, going forward.” Despite the drama and severing ties from one of the world’s most influential families, Woods said she’s busier than ever. “[I’m] staying busy, staying positive and just working. I don’t think I’ve ever been more busy.”
Over the weekend, People reported that “Khloé never wants to see Jordyn again,” but that younger sister Kylie is more open to the idea of having Woods in her life.
“It’s Kylie’s choice to have some contact with Jordyn,” a source told the publication. “She understands that it’s still all very sensitive and hurtful for Khloé,” they added. “Kylie has the most amazing memories of her friendship with Jordyn. She is still very surprised at what happened. Kylie always considered Jordyn to be very loyal and respectful.”
