Game of Thrones star Ellie Kendrick has let slip that her character Meera Reid might have been axed from the show, therefore disproving the fan theory that suggested she’s Jon Snow’s twin.

The 27-year-old who plays Meera who helped Bran Stark in his quest for the Three-eyed Raven has spoken to Metro and spilt a few secrets from the set.

For one, she said she hasn’t received a phone call to return to the set.

Given the new series is scheduled to go into production in 2018 and the cast have already been at a script read-through – it is suggested the star has been dropped from the popular show.

“I wait for the phone to ring and then I find out, but it hasn’t rung so I don’t know,” she told Metro.

“I’ll find out whether I am or not at some point, but for now I haven’t been notified so I’m yet to discover.”

And Ellie believes there are little chances of Meera and Bran (Hempsted Wright), reuniting after saying goodbye.

She said: “It was a sad day to say farewell to young Isaac – not so young now and also very tall, which means he was so difficult to put on the sled, which I actually did, although he’s a lot taller than me.

“It was really sad on a personal level, because we had a little gan which dwindled further and further as the seasons went on.”

So much drama!
