Now, the star has given her second interview ever about Josh, spilling the details on the proposal to Entertainment Tonight.

It’s literally only been a couple of days, but it’s amazing. I’m really happy! We were in nature on a hike kind of doing what we do,” she told the publication. “It was very, sort of,us. It was great — beautiful.”

“It’s been a crazy week,” the actress, whose medical drama The Resident has just been picked up as a pilot, told the publication. “I found out about the show two hours after we got engaged so it was, like — I don’t think I slept for three nights. It’s been good, it’s been really positive.”

Despite the obvious excitement, Emily revealed that wedding planning isn’t even on her mind.

“I never was the girl who knew what she wanted to do for a wedding,” she said. “[I’m] just enjoying this moment. It’s really nice, you know?”

Emily and Josh were first linked in 2012, when they played volatile love interests on the hit show Revenge. The only other time Emily has spoken about her relationship was in an interview with InStyle Australia in April, 2014.

“I have a wonderful love in my life,” she said. “Trust is the most important thing in any relationship, because everything falls into place after that.”
