When Bear asked her if there was pressure to look a certain way after her fame from Friends, Courteney got real with him about the pressures on women in Hollywood.

“Yeah, for sure,” she said. “I think there’s a pressure to maintain that, and not just because of fame, but being a woman in this business.

“Getting older – I don’t think that’s the easiest thing, but I have learned lessons.”

She opened up about her experience with cosmetic procedures, saying that she hasn’t been proud of her choices.

“I think I was trying to keep up with getting older. I was trying to chase that, something you can’t keep up with. So the more you relax into it, and the less I try… because sometimes you find yourself trying and then you look at a picture of yourself and go “Oh god!”, you look horrible.

“I have done things I regret, and luckily, they’re things that dissolve and go away. So that’s good, because it’s not always been my best look.”
