On Monday morning, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their first child – a baby boy – after much anticipation. Following the announcement of the exciting news, celebrities took to social media to congratulate the royal couple.
The baby, an eighth great-grandchild for the Queen and the Duke Of Edinburgh, is seventh in line for the throne and arrived at 5.26am, weighing 7lb 3oz. “This afternoon, His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex shared the news of the arrival of his and the Duchess’ first born child. Their son was born early morning on the 6th of May, 2019,” a royal announcement said. “Their Royal Highnesses thank you for your support and kindness during this exceptionally joyful time in their lives as they welcome their baby boy.”
