Gwyneth Paltrow married producer Brad Falchuk almost a year ago and made headlines in June when she revealed that the couple doesnโt live together fulltime.
In an interview with The Sunday Times, the actress said that her husband stays at her home only four days a week and spends the remaining three nights at his own place. Though the living arrangements are unconventional, Gwyneth noted that her friends not only approve but think all married couples should do the same thing. โOh, all my married friends that the way we live sounds ideal and we shouldnโt change a thing,โ she told the newspaper.
However, one-year on from their wedding and it looks like they are ready to take the next step. Brad revealed in a new interview that he plans on moving into Gwynโs house fulltime from September and simultaneously disclosed the reason he took so long to do so: their children.
โIโm moving in September. Weโve just done it slowly,โ he told WSJ Magazine. โDivorce is terrible, even when itโs the right thing to do. And itโs really hard on kids. Come September, weโre all gonna Brady Bunch it up, and itโll be great.โ
Gwyneth has two children, Apple, 15, and Moses, 13, from her previous relationship with Chris Martin, while Falchuk also has two children from his previous marriage.
Recently, the actress opened up about her second marriage, saying, โMarried life has been really good. We took a year to let everybody [in the family] take it in and let the dust settle.โ
โAnd now weโre moving in together this month,โ she continued. โI adore my husband. Heโs brilliant and deeply kind. I feel like heโs a real equal too. And he pushes me in the best ways. I really like being married. Itโs fun.โ
