Warning: This article contains major spoilers for season 2 of The Morning Show.
After an award-winning first season and a drama-filled second, fans have been wondering when they can expect a third instalment of The Morning Show. And now, the wait is finally over.
For those in need of a plot refresher, Apple’s The Morning Show, which consists of 10 episodes a season, is based around a morning news show that must navigate a sexual misconduct accusation against its longtime host, Mitch Kessler (played by Steve Carell). As a result, news anchor Alex Lev (Jennifer Aniston) is left to lead the program alone, while dodging backstage antics of those trying to steal her position. And finally, there’s Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) who is an opinionated field reporter who quickly becomes pushed into the anchor desk beside Aniston.
Since its premiere, the series received substantial acclaim with Aniston even winning a Screen Actors Guild Award, as well as scoring Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for her role.
Below, everything we know about The Morning Show’s third season—from plot to the cast to the release date and how to subscribe to watch it.
What Is The Plot Of The Morning Show Season 3?
During season two, The Morning Show saw the news team emerging from yet more wreckage. From the sudden death of Mitch Kessler and a new UBA anchor Laura Peterson—who Bradley strikes up a relationship with—to Alex bordering on cancellation after she’s been spotted visiting a disgraced Mitch in Italy, each character is forced to accept that they will have to make some difficult decisions to move forward.
As for what will happen in the show’s third season, the official synopsis says, “The future of the network is thrown into question and loyalties are pushed to the brink when a tech titan takes an interest in UBA.
