As the world waits with feverish anticipation of Meghan Markle’s wedding dress, Australian brides now have brand new designs to try. Local couturier Steven Khalil has just launched his 2018/2019 bridal collection, and it’s as swoon-worthy as you’d expect.
Titled Romance Ultime, the new collection is defined by lashings of French lace, custom beading, layers of tulle and delicate embroidery.
“I wanted a return to the classic feminine bride,” Khalil explains. “She exudes elegance and wants to approach marriage and her wedding as a woman with a timeless, romantic aesthetic.”
