Depending on how you feel about the Sex And The City movies, this news could be a devastating blow or actually a saving grace for the beloved franchise.
Star Sarah Jessica Parker has confirmed that the next movie instalment, Sex And The City 3, will not be going ahead.
“It’s over… we’re not doing it,” she told Extra. “I’m disappointed.”
Carrie Bradshaw SJP explained: “We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story.
“It’s not just disappointing that we don’t get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie.”
We’ll just have to make do with endless re-runs of the series instead.
