Ruby Rose and Demi Lovato have apparently been friends for years, but now a series of flirty posts on social media have fans wondering whether they might be more.
Demi liked a bunch of Ruby’s Fourth of July posts and then commented on one of her photos with love heart eye emojis .
Ruby then responded that by replying, ‘hurry!’
Ruby later posted a leg selfie of herself chilling on a boat on her Insta Stories, and tagged Demi in the photo.
Since then they’ve had a number of exchanges on social media, giving fans hope of a romantic relationship.
However this isn’t the first time that the pair have been linked, with reports that they dated back in 2013 while Demi was broken up with ong-term boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama.
At the time, Ruby took to Instagram writing, “I’m like the one person Demi has slept with that didn’t sell naked photos of her.”
However Demi denied she has ever dated the Aussie actress, telling Complex, “I did not have a relationship with Ruby Rose.”
“Rumours are rumours, and people are going to spread them. You can believe what you want, but no, I was not in a relationship with her,” she added.
