It’s meant to be awkward when someone turns up to the party wearing the same dress as someone else, but when up to 10 girls at the party are wearing the same thing, it’s sort of unprecedented.
This is exactly what happened this week in Australia, where countless influencers all donned the exact same white dress — some to the same parties, too.
The white, mini polka dot dress, which is from Majorelle Collection, features a strapless neckline, mini cut, thigh split and ruching at the front. In other words, it’s pretty showstopping — and not for the faint of heart.
Influencers like Tash Oakley, Jadé Tuncdoruk and Jayde Heiser all donned the dress, wearing it to various Revolve events — a stockist for the brand. Celebrating Revolve’s free shipping and returns to Australia, the influencers were gifted pieces from the site, but it just so happens they all chose the same number.
The style, called the Brady, also comes in various top and skirt combinations — so there really is no end to the options with the pattern.
It isn’t the first time we’ve seen matchy-matchy dressing this February. Rixo London’s famous tiger stripe skirt has been everywhere of late, with influencers and models opting to wear the statement-making piece all over the world.
While we’re not sure that we want to be wearing the same thing as everyone else, if you are interested in copying the influencers and their polka dot style, the dress is still available in red for $269. Just consult with your friends first.
