Whenever a royal event rolls around, there’s always one thing you can be sure of: Fashion—in all its regal glory—awaits.
The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations have undoubtedly cemented this feat, with everyone from Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle, Sophie of Wessex, Mike Tindall (you read that correctly—wearing, and subsequently posting a photo of himself in each of his wife Zara’s hats could be the *real* fashion winner this weekend) and, of course the Queen herself donning their absolute best for the milestone.
It all began at Trooping the Colour where Kate’s all-white Alexander McQueen ensemble stuck out immediately, not least because of its casual reference to Princess Diana.
Then came Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, who served up another all-white ensemble at the National Service of Thanksgiving which, combined with the inspiration of Kate’s, now has us pulling everything even remotely ivory-hued from our wardrobes to wear for the winter ahead.
But the fashion spectacle didn’t stop there for the royal do. Below, every outfit Kate and Meghan wore to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations (so far).

Kate kicked things off on Thursday morning while attending the annual Trooping The Colour parade.
As she pulled up in a carriage with all three of her children and her mother-in-law, Duchess Camilla, her all-white Alexander McQueen ensemble was crisp and elegant. Fit for a future Queen, quite literally.
Next, the royals stepped out for a service of thanksgiving in honour of the Queen at St Paul’s cathedral in London. It marked the first official appearance from Meghan and Harry this weekend (they kept their presence subtle at Trooping the Colour by watching from inside the Palace).
Of course, the wait was completely worth it after seeing the Duchess literally glow in this stunning white Dior coat dress. She wore a wide-brimmed hat by Stephen Jones to finish the look off.
The monochrome looks continue! For the same service, Kate Middleton wore a sunshine yellow Emilia Wickstead dress complete with a hat by her all-time favourite headwear designer, Philip Treacy.
The following day, Kate travelled to Cardiff Castle in Wales with her family to meet performers and crew involved in one of many celebration concerts taking place across the UK this weekend.
For the event, Kate was all smiles in an eye popping red coat dress by Eponine while daughter Charlotte, seven, wore a navy blue coat dress.
Then, the highly anticipated Platinum Party at the Palace. Kate attended with her two eldest children George and Charlotte as well as husband Prince William. Together, they watched some of the world’s most legendary musicians perform—Rod Stewart, Alicia Keys and Adam Lambert + Queen to name a few.
For the event, Kate wore a white tweed blazer byS elf Portrait. She also added large hoop earrings—some dramatic effect for the high energy from the spectacular performance outside Buckingham Palace.
