A new lawsuit accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of using drugs to incapacitate a 13-year-old girl before raping her, in an alleged incident involving two unnamed celebrities. The filing was made against the music mogul by Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee as part of the newest wave of allegations, following the submission of six additional claims the week prior.
One of the victims, who was just 13 at the time of the alleged assault, claims to have been sexually assaulted and drugged during a VMAs afterparty in 2000. The girl had allegedly approached several limousines in the hope that one would be able to secure her entry to the awards, and after coming across Diddy’s driver, was invited to the afterparty after being allegedly identified as “what Diddy was looking for.”
In the claims, obtained by NBC News, harrowing details include Jane Doe being made to sign an NDA before being brought inside. The suit claims that the girl was offered a drink, after which she “began to feel woozy and lightheaded,” causing her to seek out respite in a nearby bedroom.
However, shortly after the girl lay down, Combs and an unnamed “male and female celebrity” entered the room before allegedly raping the girl while the female celebrity watched.
The suit is one of seven fresh allegations filed against the rapper claiming Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs used drugs to lace victims’ drinks before committing the assaults.
Another accuser – also a minor at the time – alleged the embattled rapper promised to “make him a star” before drugging him with a drink and later assaulting him with others present.
In a statement made to NBC News, Buzbee stated: “The allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves,” and vowed to “work to see that justice is done”.
“We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings,” he added.
Combs’s legal team has reiterated their denial all allegations made in Buzbee’s suits. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman,” they said in a statement.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Drug Claims
Legal representatives for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs have since responded with a gag order request from Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ primary lawyer.
The request seeks to block Buzbee and other potential witnesses and legal representatives from making statements about the media mogul.
Agnifilo has asked the judge residing over Combs’ case to order any witnesses and/or legal teams to remove online statements under their control, stating they were “aimed at assassinating Mr Combs’ character in the press.”
Following the March raids of Combs’ Florida and California properties, it was revealed that “more than 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant” were seized. At the time, Agnifilo reportedly responded by saying his client “buys in bulk” and “I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home.”
The comments led to a representatives for Costco releasing a statement denying their stores stocked baby oil.
Out of the latest wave of suits, obtained by The Cut,, each make reference to the notorious baby oil and its alleged connection to Combs’ use of inhibiting drugs.
The complaints allege that Combs “particularly fancied the use of the popular date-rape drug Rohypnol, or GHB, to commit heinous non-consensual acts of sexual violence and rape against countless victims.”
The claims continue: “There are also allegations of Combs dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils, also laced with GBH [sic], so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim’s skin and make it easier to take advantage of, exploit, and assault him or her.”
Combs’ legal team also responded to the baby oil and drug-use claims, citing a Daily Beast article as evidence of “outlandish conspiracy theories.”
