The Herald Sun reports that the unknown masked singers, judges, Dannii Minogue, Dave Hughes, Urzila Carlson and Jackie O, and host Osher Günsberg, along with the rest of the show’s crew, and behind-the-scenes interviewer, Rob Mills, are currently in self-isolation. The amount of people tested and in self-isolation now numbers up to 200, per the outlet.

“Production of The Masked Singer has been immediately suspended as a result of several crew members receiving a positive test result for COVID-19. The health and safety of the community, and our staff and production partners is our number one priority,” the statement read.

“The entire production team, including the masked singers, the host and panellists are now in self-isolation. They are all being monitored closely and are in constant contact with medical authorities.”

Previously recorded episodes of the series will still air, but it was scheduled to film its grand finale this Saturday.

A lot of people seem to think Echidna is Grant Denyer, especially considering his love of racing. In the recent sneak peek of the Echidna, there was also a clue for the number ‘5’, and since Denyer currently holds 5 Guinness World Records (yes, 5!), many have put two-and-two together.

REVEALED: On August 10, Echidna was revealed to be triple-Olympian tennis player Mark Philippoussis.

“Don’t let my looks fool you. I’m dangerous, but I would rather keep that private.”

The clues suggest the Cactus is a celeb who likes to stay under the radar, so naturally Australian stars like Ruby Rose and Sia have been pegged as under the mask.

Another guess is Lucy Durack, who played Glinda in the Australian production of Wicked and Elle Woods in the Legally Blonde musical.

Fans are convinced that either 2016 X-Factor Australia winner Isaiah Firebrace or Zac Efron is behind the Wizard mask, especially since the High School Musical alum has been spending time in Australia. However, many are also convinced that the Wizard is a Neighbours star who has began a singing career, with some suggesting Holly Valance.
