Just over a year after attending her ex-boyfriend Prince Harry’s royal wedding to Meghan Markle, British model and actress Cressida Bonas is heading down the aisle herself.
Over the weekend, Cressida’s partner of two years, Harry Wentworth-Stanley, took to Instagram to share that the couple had gotten engaged, writing, “We getting married 😁🥰,” alongside a smiling selfie of the pair with the bride-to-be’s ring in full view.
Cressida dated Prince Harry for two years, before ending their relationship in April 2014. At the time, a source told PEOPLE that the split was “amicable” and that Cressida wanted to focus on her career. “She is a lovely girl, and a beautiful girl, but this has run its course. It wasn’t to be.”
“Cressida has been a bit wobbly about the whole situation for quite some time,” Majesty magazine’s editor-in-chief, Ingrid Seward, told the publication. “Not about him, but about the whole situation and really if it is what she wants.”
Last year, Cressida attended Harry and Meghan’s May nuptials, showing that she’s still good friends with her royal ex. Prince Harry’s other ex-girlfriend, Chelsy Davy, was also in attendance, prompting many an op-ed about having ex-partners at your wedding.
