Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are notoriously private when it comes to their family, but every so often the couple take to Instagram to share a rare and special glimpse at their two daughters – Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret. The Australian actress was late to the Instagram game, but ever since she joined the social media platform we’ve been invited into her home with Urban and their children – alongside some seriously sweet sentiments along with them.
This week, the Big Little Lies actress did it again to honour Sunday Rose’s 12th birthday. “Birthday hugs for our darling Sunday 🥰🎂 Happy Birthday baby girl xx”, she captioned the adorable picture.
Sunday Rose is the couple’s eldest, and Faith is nine. Kidman also shares two children with her ex, Tom Cruise, Connor, and Isabella, known as Bella.
Speaking to Ellen on The Ellen Degeneres Show, the actress revealed that Sunday and Faith were extras on the set of Big Little Lies.

“They [the kids] were extras in ‘Big Little Lies,’ which I’ve never told anyone,” she said. “There goes my big mouth again.”

In honour of Faith’s 9th birthday in December 2019, Kidman wrote: “Our baby girl is now 9! We love you so much precious precious girl. Happy birthday Faith! xx”
For a “Sunday walk with Sunday” Kidman added the sweet hashtags: “Mother Daughter & Happiness”.
“Ten years ago today our little girl came into the world 💕 You are our joy Sunday Rose. We love you, Happy Birthday 🎂❤️,” the actress wrote alongside a picture of herself and Urban holding a newborn Sunday Rose.
Kidman cuddled up to her two daughters in the sunshine.
“I am nothing without the love of my family,” she wrote while giving her girls a hug.
