Miley Cyrus made her debut at the world-famous Glastonbury music festival this week, taking to the stage to belt out her new single, Mother Daughter. She also delighted fans by performing one of her greatest hits Wrecking Ball however her comments to the huge crowds just before playing the breakup ballad have people wondering whether she and husband Liam Hemsworth might be experiencing some relationship drama.
“I’m f**ing sick of men,” Cyrus told crowds.
However, after fans swarmed to social media to speculate on what was going on between The Last Song co-stars, Miley herself decided to set the record straight.
The 26-year-old commented on a fan’s Instagram post which questioned the status of her relationship with the Hunger Games star.
“Miley sang the song ‘Wrecking Ball’ and she said, ‘I’m f***ing sick of men,’ I hope Miley and Liam’s relationship still going good but I’m not sure,” wrote the fan.
“It was politically directed,” the former Disney star confirmed. Of course, this is hardly the first time the Last Song co-stars have been hit by breakup rumours.
To mark their 10-year anniversary, Liam and Miley were forced to address fresh break-up rumours. Safe to say, she wasn’t here for it.
The She Is Coming singer posted a series of images to her Instagram Story celebrating 10 years with her Aussie beau – among them a screenshot of a Gossip Cop article claiming the couple had decided to call it quits.
“Happy 10 year anniversary my love,” Cyrus wrote on the image. “Good to see everyone is as dumb as they were in 2009! Some things never change ….& I hope the way you feel about me is one of them. Yours truly.”
