Married At First Sight’s Telv Williams has spoken out about his love life just days after his ‘ex-wife’ Sarah Roza announced the pair had parted ways.
In an interview with The Daily Telegraph, the reality star confirmed he was ‘single’ and isn’t ready to re-enter the dating scene just yet.
‘Right now, I honestly think after what I’ve been through I’m just going to kick back and chill out for a while,’ he told the publication.
‘Love can find you when you’re not looking so you never say never, but I think I’ll kick back’.
Although he didn’t reveal the reason behind the pair’s unexpected split, Sarah’s best friend, Harry, blamed the break-up on Telv’s partying.
‘She felt he was more interested in the single bachelor life with all the parties, drinking with the boys and living the typical single boy’s lifestyle,’ Harry told the Daily Mail
‘She just couldn’t tolerate such unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour from him when they were supposed to be in a committed and loving relationship.’
Sarah announced the split on Instagram at the end of March in a heartfelt post.
‘On the back of what has been such an extraordinary experience it is with great heartache, regret & sadness that Telv & I are no longer together,’ she shared.
‘I will always be eternally grateful that our paths crossed in this way as I feel that I have learnt so much about myself & grown exponentially as a person. I’m honoured to have been a part of this incredible life changing journey & I’m thrilled to embrace the next exciting chapter in my life.’
