Royal baby watch is well and truly underway, with fans spotting the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital getting a facelift before Kate Middleton’s visit and bookies releasing the odds of likely names.
And now, we might have a hint whether Prince William and Kate’s third child will be a girl or a boy.
While William was celebrating his soccer team’s championship win at Villa Park on Tuesday night, he might have let it slip that they’re expecting a baby boy.
When Aston Villa player Jack Grealish scored a winning goal, the prince told fans: “I’m going to insist the baby is called Jack”. After a pause, he added, “Or Jackie,” Metro reports.
It might just be a lighthearted comment, but could very well be a telling slip.
The royal couple will announce the birth of their third child in the most millennial way. As Marie Claire US reports, the announcement will be made on Kensington Palace’s Instagram. We’ll be glued to their accounts in the meantime.
