Brittany Higgins has announced that she’s expecting her first chid with husband, David Sharaz.
The exciting pregnancy news comes one month after the couple tied the knot in June 2024.
Higgins and Sharaz announced the news on Instagram, where we posted a a photograph of a baby’s tiny white jumpsuit and blue socks hanging on a line.
“Can’t wait to meet you!” Higgins wrote on Instagram.
“Beyond excited to welcome a new member to our little family,” she continued. “Your parents are already obsessed with you and you aren’t even here yet.”
The couple posted the photo from Bergerac, France, where they live after relocating from Australia in December 2023.
After tying the knot in June, Higgins told marie claire Australia “we’ve gone through more in the last few years than most couples will endure in a lifetime. But it was all worth it to see David standing at the end of the aisle.”
Her new husband was just as thrilled with his new status as husband, saying “I’ve been looking forward to marrying Brittany since I first laid eyes on her all those years ago.”
“That said, celebrating with our family and friends and seeing Brittany truly happy for the first time in years, after everything she’s had to go through, was the greatest day of my life.”
The couple’s loved ones were overjoyed to hear their exciting news, with friends sharing their excitement in the Instagram comments.
“I just got as close as I can to jumping for joy oh my goodness. What a beautiful lucky glorious thing for this little one to have you as its mama,” Hannah Diviney wrote.
“OMG OMG CONGRATUATIONS,” another added.
