Once Upon a Timeโฆ in Hollywood star Margot Robbie is just like us. Apart from being an Academy Award nominee, calling Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio co-stars and being a Chanel ambassador, that is. While speaking to The Telegraph, the Australian actress opened up about her food and exercise habits, saying that balancing having fun with staying healthy is key.
โI love food, I love wine and I love having a good time with my friends. But I also donโt love the feeling of knowing that I donโt look my best,โ the 29-year-old said.
As with us all, Margot said she โ[walks] the line between having as much fun as possible and continuing to take care of myself.โ
โEating well and exercise need to be prevalent in my life so that I can feel my best, but I donโt want to dwell on it too much,โ she explained.
As far as exercise goes, Margot says she enjoys being active in her day to day life โ โI like to play tennis, run around the park or do a dance class with girlfriendsโ โ but says that above all else, reformer pilates is her go-to workout.
โIf Iโm making a conscious effort to exercise, I work with a Pilates trainer on a reformer machine, and that suits me and my body best,โ she told The Telegraph.
Previously, in an interview with Emirates Woman, Margot said she gets โmiserableโ if she tries to limit herself too much with food. โIโm not good at doing moderation,โ she said. โI get miserable if I donโt eat. I canโt just have a salad every day and a half a glass of wine every second day. I canโt do it.โ
Same Margot, same. Now to book that reformer class and a chill a glass of rosรฉ for afterwards to celebrate.
