At some point in our lives, we’ve all wished we looked like Victoria’s Secret Angels (minus the lack of clothing and total oversupply of feathers and sequins), and now perhaps we can *crosses fingers*.

If Instagram has taught us one thing in the past week, it’s this: all the Victoria’s Secret models have taken up kickboxing. As their fitness routines ramp up to extreme levels in the lead-up to the annual show, the genetically blessed girls have been sharing their workouts with the world – and the #TrainlikeanAngel hashtag is eye-opening to say the least.

Kickboxing and boxing workouts dominate the feed, with the likes of Sara Sampaio, Karlie Kloss, Bridget Malcolm, Adriana Lima and Kelly Gale all posting videos of their routines.

The popularity of kickboxing among the Angels should come as no surprise: a total body workout, it combines strength training with cardio, so it burns fat and tones upper and lower body muscles at the same time.

We can’t promise it will deliver you a Sara Sampaio-level physique, but it can’t hurt to try…
