We’ve been obsessed with The Crown since it came to our screens last year, and with the highly anticipated third season still filming, we’re rewatching all the old episodes to make sure we’re up to date.
While the show boasts a band of loyal followers, there are some people that everyone wants to be regular viewers – yup, you guessed it – the royals.

Prince Philip and the Queen have seen the Netflix series, and while Philip wasn’t a fan, Queen Elizabeth is reported to have ‘really liked it’, something the Earl and Countess of Wessex reportedly got her into.
But one royal family member goes above watching the show sporadically and is said to be an actual ‘super fan’ of the show.
The fan in question? Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

Although, that might be partly down to the fact that until now, the Duchess hasn’t featured.
Camilla’s character will make her debut in the show’s upcoming third season, with 33-year-old actress Emerald Fennell cast in the role just last month, set to play Camilla in the time period spanning from the 1960s to the 1980s.
“I absolutely love Camilla and am very grateful that my teenage years have well prepared me for playing a chain-smoking serial snogger with a pudding bowl haircut,” Emerald enthused about getting the role.
Camilla’s nephew revealed however that despite being a fan and a viewer of the show, Camilla “wasn’t looking forward to the bits to come.”
Season three cannot come soon enough.
