Anyone But You star Sydney Sweeney’s new Florida property is the newest addition to the star’s growing real estate portfolio.
The new property, which Sweeney purchased for US$13,5 million (AU$19.7 million), is a luxurious mansion located in Florida’s exclusive Key West.
The palatial property is 7,720-square-foot with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, 520-bottle wine room, a home gym and most notably, a 330-gallon aquarium.
The airy interiors boast dramatic 19′ soaring cathedral ceilings, island-style features like distressed pine beams and mahogany doors, as well as oversized windows offering views of the water.
While the interiors are impressive, it’s the home’s outdoor offerings really set the property apart from the rest.
Surrounded by palm trees with access to its own private boat ramp, the property boats resort like grounds.
Just beyond the front door is a luxurious heated swimming pool with a swim-up bar and hot tub with views across the water.
The property is the fourth home Sweeney has purchased since 2021.
She also owns a Tudor-style property in California, which she purchased from US$3 million (AU$4.5 million) in 2021, as well as a property that once belonged to her great-grandmother and a 4,477-square-foot fixer-upper in Bel Air.
