As far as photogenic drinks go, a canned beverage is not up there with, say, an espresso martini or a glass of prosecco.
But when it comes to picnics, beachside barbecues and the like, one’s options are usually limited to beer or cider – a bottle of wine with glasses being simply too hard (and plastic cups too ugly for Instagram bad for the environment) to bother with.

But a Californian winery is set to change the way you drink al fresco: they’ve recently released rosé in a can. And a beautiful can at that:
The Una Lou rosé was the brainchild of husband and wife team Andrew Mariani and Lia Ices, who told Vogue US they created it in honour of their daughter Una Lou, who was born in harvest season.
According to Mariani, it’s “bright, light and pure.” More importantly, it’s available to order here.
