It’s the movie that made Anne Hathaway a household name and we are too embarrassed to say how many times we’ve seen it, but even mega-fans of The Princess Diaries probably don’t know this: the legendary Whitney Houston produced the film.
The iconic late singer was also a producer on the lesser-known sequel to the 2001 original: Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement.
The little-known piece of trivia was brought to light when Netflix, which has The Princess Diaries in its current selection, tweeted this:
