A US mum is furious after a daycare worker breastfed her baby without permission.
Kaycee Oxendine, who works at the same centre her three-month-old attends, toldABC7 her son’s teacher asked if she wanted her to breastfeed him as a way to alleviate his constipation.
“She said that she had a son and did I want her to put my child to her breast and breastfeed?” Oxendine recalled. “And I said no.”
She later added that her son is lactose intolerant and became ill after the incident.

Despite declining the offer, video footage allegedly shows a woman picking up her son and bringing him to her breast for “several seconds”.
“As a mum, you’ve taken something from me, because I wasn’t able to defend my child,” Oxendine said. “I wasn’t there.”
The woman was reportedly fired from the daycare centre.
“To me, a criminal act was committed against him,” she said. “Not only did you put your breast to my son, you also made my son sick because he’s lactose. So you’ve put something in his body that his body can’t digest.”
Police told the publication they are investigating the incident.
