There is no perfect time. Life will just keep doing its thing, but you if you care enough about what you are trying to do you will make time.

What’s been the biggest learning/takeaway along your business path journey so far?

Everything takes far longer and costs far more than you predict. So always work to conservative numbers and time frames.

If you could go back in time what would you do differently?

That’s a tough one. Probably nothing at this stage, each part of my journey today has been a unique part of what the business has become and what I have learnt. Flailing – ‘Failed learnings’ is the way forward. I’ve had such incredible support around me from the start-up community that I don’t feel that I would do anything differently.

What are 3 main personality traits a founder of a startup should possess?

Tenacity, passion, open-mindedness.

What’s the one skill you need to be a successful entrepreneur?

Adaptability. Being able to pivot and adapt to your circumstances – perfection is not an option in Start-Up world. Everything is a work in progress, so don’t be too precious on what you think it should look like and what it does actually look like.
